Privacy Policy
BeaconEducator is Florida's largest professional development provider for teachers, serving 34 school districts with a curriculum of 10 online programs and over 120 online courses.
Our primary business strategy is to contract with our school district partners to provide training for their employees (teachers, administrators, and staff).
Districts provide BeaconEducator with registration information for course participants and, in turn, BeaconEducator reports course completion and transcript information back to the school districts. Of necessity, this arrangement involves the back-and-forth sharing of limited amounts of information about individual course participants.

Do we collect information about account holders?
Yes. To facilitate accurate registration in our online courses and reporting to our district partners, BeaconEducator account holders are required to build a user profile with this information:

Do we use cookies?

Yes, but only with the school district with which the account holder is affiliated. No other information is shared about BeaconEducator account holders or course participants. No personal information is ever shared with third parties with these exceptions:
BeaconEducator exists to serve Florida's school districts and individual educators. It is our pledge to gather only the minimum data required to accomplish our professional development delivery and reporting goals. Above all, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers.
